[FONT=&quot]لاكن بالكتابة عن طريق سماعها بالكنة و النطق نجدها [/FONT]ubisoft

[FONT=&quot]شركة فرنسية قام بتاسيسها خمسة اخوى من عائلة [/FONT]Guillemot
[FONT=&quot]عام 1986[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]فى فرانسا [/FONT]Brittany
[FONT=&quot]وقد قامت عائلة [/FONT]guillemot
[FONT=&quot]بعقد الصفقات مع شركة [/FONT]Electronic Arts
[FONT=&quot]وبقيا على اتصال بالانترنت [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]وقامت شركة [/FONT]MicroProse[FONT=&quot] بتوزيع العابهم فى فرانسا [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]وبعدها قررت [/FONT]ubisoft[FONT=&quot] ان توزع للخارج وكانت اول الدول هى [/FONT][FONT=&quot]بريطانيا[/FONT][FONT=&quot] و [/FONT][FONT=&quot]امريكا[/FONT][FONT=&quot] و [/FONT][FONT=&quot]المانيا [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]كان بداية طريقها فى التسعينات حيث بدأت ب [/FONT]gamehouse
[FONT=&quot]من بعد ذالك توسعت الشركة الذى ادى سنة 1994 الى افتتاح استوديو المنتريل لل [/FONT]ubisoft
[FONT=&quot]والذى من بعد ذالك اصبح مقرها الرئسى [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]وفى عام 1996 ارادت الشركة ان توسع عملها فقامت بفتح مكاتب وفروع للشركة فى جميع انحاء العالم [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]حتى اصبح لديها فرع في 20 دولة فى العالم[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]وفى دخول القرن 21 اى سنة 2000 ظهرت العاب الاون لاين [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]فامت بالتعاقد مع [/FONT]Microïds[FONT=&quot] الذى به فتحت [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]مونتريل فى كنددا [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]تقوم شركة [/FONT]ubisoft[FONT=&quot] مرة اخرى بشراء وكالة [/FONT]Driver franchise[FONT=&quot] من شركة [/FONT]Atari
[FONT=&quot]بمبلغ قدره [/FONT][FONT=&quot]€19 مليون[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]وفى 11 ابريل 2007 اعلنت[/FONT]ubisoft
[FONT=&quot]انها اشترت اللعبة الالمانية [/FONT]Sunflowers[FONT=&quot] للاطفال [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]واللعبة اليابانية [/FONT]DigitalKids[FONT=&quot] فى شهر نوفمبر[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]وقد قامت شركة [/FONT]ubisoft[FONT=&quot] بدور الناشر لشركات اخرى [/FONT]
